SHIPPING & DELIVERY
U.S SHIPPING
We offer FREE standard shipping in all US. orders. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm ET, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Please allow 2 business days after placing your order for processing. SW shipping department will send you an email with the confirmation and tracking number.
Shipping times may vary due to the availability of our merchandise. Each product has its own lead-time in its description.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping on all of our products. Take as a consideration that some of the countries outside the U.S. may charge taxes or extra fees (the recipient will be responsible for the payments). They will be collected by FedEx, UPS or DHL before the package can be delivered.
SW will not be responsible for any delayed deliveries due to import issues. All the charges that are incurred on a refused delivery as well as the cost of the return of the package will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
TRACKING
In the shipping confirmation email you will receive the tracking number (UPS, DHL, FedEx or USPS), Clicking the tracking number should take you to the tracking activity, if it doesn't work visit www.ups.com, www.fedex.com or www.usps.com and enter your number to track your order shipment.
