We offer FREE standard shipping in all of our orders over 150$ in the US.
Shipping times may vary due to the availability of our merchandise. Each product has its own lead-time in its description.
We offer international shipping on all of our products. Take as a consideration that some of the countries outside the U.S. may charge taxes or extra fees (the recipient will be responsible for the payments). They will be collected by FedEx, UPS or DHL before the package can be delivered.
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm ET, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Please allow 2 business days after placing your order for processing. SW shipping department will send you an email with the confirmation and tracking number.
In the shipping confirmation email you will receive the tracking number (UPS, DHL, FedEx or USPS), Clicking the tracking number should take you to the tracking activity, if it doesn't work visit www.ups.com, www.fedex.com or www.usps.com and enter your number to track your order shipment.

Returns and exchanges
1.- Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org receive a return authorization number. Please include your order number in the email. *We will not accept any returns without an authorized RA number. Before you send the return, please ensure the item is in the original packaging and in a shipping box to avoid further damage.
2.- Attach your pre-paid label to the shipping box.
3.- Ship the item to the indicated address via an insured mail service, such as FedEx or UPS with signature required, depending on the label provided.

Repair & Resizing
We are happy to repair an item, at no charge within the first 120 days of the purchase. Repairs after this timeline will have a repair and shipping fee at the expense of the customer. Please note prices may vary. For more information on our policy please contact us.
