RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the day your order was delivered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused. 

  • All SPECIAL ORDERS, PERSONALIZED, INITIAL STYLES, CUSTOM MADE PIECES AND OUR SW SIGNATURE COLLECTION are FINAL SALE and will not be refunded, canceled or exchanged once an order has been placed. *This includes items that have a single initial.

  • All sale items are FINAL SALE.

  • Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, and any gift with purchase.

  • International shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Please take extra care when packing fragile products to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. *We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are damaged.

  • Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.

 

SW Jewelry reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

In addition to our "Return & Exchange policy". For international orders you will be charged for return shipping and shipping on your new order.

 

RETURNING A GIFT

If you received an SW Jewelry product as a gift and wish to return it, email us at hello@saritawaich.com within 7 days of receiving your gift. We’ll be happy to issue a store credit equal to the amount paid.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Please contact hello@saritawaich.com to receive a return authorization. Please include your order number in the email.  You can also start a return request by logging in to your SW Jewelry account. 
  2. Before you send the return, please ensure the item is in the original packaging and in a shipping box to avoid further damage. 
  3. For domestics returns: Once we approve your return request we will send you an e-mail with a free pre-paid label. *For international returns: we are not responsible for shipping expenses. Shipping charges will be deducted from customer's refund. 
  4. Print and attach your pre-paid label to the shipping box.

  5. Ship the item to the indicated address via an insured mail service, such as FedEx , UPS or USPS with signature required, depending on the label provided.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
